This product is a plastic medical card and tag. You can simply remove the small tag from the larger tag and place it on your keys, Clothing, bag, etc. The QR code numbers are the same on both products so ideally they should be used by the same individual.

Step 1: If you have not yet, download the Found ME App.

Step 2: Scan the QR code on the back of either card.

Step 3: Set-up your profile and customize your tag.
