High-quality plastic medical card and tag. Simply tear off the small tag on the side and attach to your backpack or keys. In case of an emergency, first responders and Good Samaritans will get access to vital medical information you shared, such as medical conditions, allergies, and medications, as well as contact up to five emergency contacts by chat or video call. In case the person carrying the card or tag is lost or wandering (vulnerable people with dementia, young children, etc) simply scan the QT code and be immediately in a chat or video call to reassure them.

In the event, the card is lost along with the purse or wallet you will have a way to communicate with the finder.

Instructions:

Step 1: Download the FOUND ME app and create an account if you have not yet.
Step 2: Set up your profile and personal preferences.
Step 3: Click on “Add a tag” in the QUICK START or on the app home page or manually enter the serial number in the gray box.
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the app to link your tag to your profile.

Note:

The card and tag use the same QR code, so you don’t need to set up both.
